Have orders in by Saturday 9 a.m. for Monday or Tuesday shipment. If you order by Wednesday at 8 p.m. your order will ship Saturday, unless stated otherwise.
This gives us time to carefully prepare your order. Most orders get shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Worms do not
get shipped during extreme weather, and you will be notified. This as at our discretion. We, and most customers, would rather receive late and healthy worms,
rather than dead and stinky on time worms. Right now, we can only ship to the lower 48 states.
Worms take between 2-4 days to arrive at their destination. Please have someone home
to receive the package. If no one will be home, please let us know in the comments section in the shopping cart to have the package held at the post office. If package is held at the
post office, we must be notified of D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) within 1 hour of pick up. We must be notified of a D.O.A. within 2 hours of delivery. We may try to reship or refund, less shipping fees, at our discretion. This is yet to
happen, but we must have the policy in place.
If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 24 hours and we will ship the exchange within 7 days. This is assuming it is our fault.
If the customer orders the wrong product, worms excluded, it may be returned and we will credit towards the next purchase. Sorry, no refunds for wrong product orders.
If the wrong species of worm is ordered, notify us and we will give a 5% discount code for your following purchase.
